Growth Marketing Manager
WooCommerce Plugins — Senior Individual Contributor
This is a senior individual-contributor role. You will own the full marketing funnel — organic acquisition, paid, email lifecycle, and conversion — with one clear mandate: grow plugin revenue. You will have direct access to GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity, and Mautic (CRM/ automation). You will work closely with the dev and support teams to align releases, customer feedback, and campaigns into a single growth loop.
