CEDCOSS Technologies Private Limited (“CEDCOSS”, “we”, “us”) operates cedcoss.com. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors, job candidates, and clients who use this site, and how we handle it.

Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message. This is delivered to our inbox by our email provider, Resend.

Job applications. When you apply to a role on our careers pages, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, resume, portfolio links, and any role-specific answers you provide. This is submitted to our recruitment systems. If you start an application but don't submit it, an in-progress draft (including the fields above) is temporarily saved in your browser's local storage so you don't lose your progress — this stays on your device and is cleared once you submit or clear your browser data.

Analytics. If you accept cookies via the banner on this site, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand traffic and how visitors use the site (pages visited, general location, device type, and — via Clarity — anonymized session recordings and heatmaps). Neither loads unless you accept, and you can decline both at any time via the cookie banner or our Cookie Policy.

We use the information above to respond to enquiries, evaluate job applications, operate and secure the site, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

As an India-registered company serving a primarily India-based audience, we process personal data on the basis of your consent, consistent with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). For visitors from the European Economic Area, we rely on materially equivalent lawful bases (consent or legitimate interest) under the GDPR. Given our audience is primarily India-based, we have not appointed a formal EU representative or Data Protection Officer.

Contact form enquiries are retained for 12 months from the date of your last message, after which they are deleted unless we need to keep them longer to resolve an ongoing matter or comply with the law.

Job application data for unsuccessful candidates is retained for 12 months after the recruitment process concludes, then deleted, unless you consent to being kept in our talent pool for future roles. If you are hired, your application data becomes part of your employment record and is retained per our employment record-keeping obligations.

Under the DPDP Act, you have rights as a Data Principal — including the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. This site is not directed at children. Our careers pages are intended for applicants who meet the legal working age in their jurisdiction.
