We’re seeking a Process Manager with 2–5 years of experience to own, streamline, and continuously improve internal workflows across teams. This role focuses on driving operational clarity, improving team efficiency, and ensuring strong cross-departmental alignment through well-defined processes, KPIs, and governance.
This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys optimizing systems, and can work seamlessly across marketing, delivery, and strategy functions while enabling teams to move faster and smarter.

Responsibilities We’ll Trust You With
- Process Design & Optimization
- Map, analyze, and improve workflows across Marketing, Design, Content, Development, and Strategy teams
- Design scalable operational frameworks using Agile and Lean methodologies
- Standardize recurring processes through SOPs, Notion documentation, and internal audits
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Implement tracking systems for KPIs, KRAs, task progress, and delivery timelines
- Build dashboards and structured weekly/monthly reporting for leadership
- Identify bottlenecks, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend process improvements
- Agile Program Management
- Lead sprint ceremonies: planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure sprint goals align with business and departmental priorities
- Maintain sprint hygiene and delivery accuracy using JIRA, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools
- Tooling, Automation & AI Enablement
- Research, evaluate, and implement tools that improve efficiency and visibility
- Pilot and scale AI-driven tools (Notion AI, Zapier, ClickUp AI, n8n, Make, etc.)
- Partner with department leads to train teams and standardize tool usage
- Documentation & Governance
- Own SOP documentation, version control, and audit trails
- Ensure adherence to defined processes and clear handoffs between teams
- Conduct quarterly process reviews and adoption health checks
Core Competencies
- 2–5 years of experience in Process Management, Operations, or Program Management roles within digital-first or fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Lean methodologies, with hands-on experience running sprint cycles
- Mandatory: Certified Scrum Master® (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Proven track record in process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational governance
- High proficiency with project and program management tools such as JIRA, Asana, ClickUp, Confluence, or Trello
- Experience building and maintaining KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems using tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
- Working knowledge of automation and AI tools for process efficiency (e.g., Zapier, Notion AI, n8n, Make, ClickUp AI)
- Exposure to CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot), collaboration tools (Notion, Slack), and productivity suites
- Strong documentation and SOP creation skills, with a focus on version control and process compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, enabling alignment across marketing, delivery, creative, and strategy teams
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks, perform root-cause analysis, and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
