We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager with 4+ years of experience in Shopify, eCommerce, or digital marketing services to drive international revenue growth across the US and UK markets.
In this role, you’ll own the entire sales cycle end to end — from lead qualification and solution pitching to closing and long-term relationship management. This position is ideal for someone who practices consultative selling, deeply understands the Shopify ecosystem, and can confidently engage founders and senior decision-makers with tailored, value-driven solutions.
You’ll work closely with marketing and delivery teams, manage your pipeline independently during US/UK shifts, and contribute directly to the company’s global growth strategy. Responsibilities We’ll Trust You With
- Sales Ownership & Revenue Growth
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles across B2B, B2C, and C2C segments
- Identify, qualify, and convert inbound and outbound leads into long-term engagements
- Own pipeline hygiene, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures for international accounts
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
- Solution Consulting & Pitching
- Create and deliver customized sales pitches for:
- Shopify development
- Store optimization and integrations
- Digital marketing and growth services
- Understand client goals, challenges, and constraints before proposing solutions
- Position Cedcoss offerings clearly against competitors
- Create and deliver customized sales pitches for:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, development, SEO, paid media, and content teams to align solutions with client needs
- Ensure smooth handoffs from sales to delivery with clear scope and expectations
- Share client feedback and market insights with internal stakeholders
- Market & Relationship Management
- Build trust-based relationships with founders, CMOs, and business heads
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and Shopify ecosystem updates
- Act as a long-term partner, not just a deal closer
Core Competencies
- 4+ years of proven sales experience in Shopify, eCommerce, digital marketing, or IT services
- Strong understanding of the Shopify ecosystem, including store setup, customization, apps, integrations, and growth channels
- Hands-on experience selling agency or digital services to US/UK or international clients
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles across inbound and outbound leads
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Proven capability to work independently in US/UK shifts within a target-driven environment
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Freshworks, or similar platforms
- Proficiency with sales and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, or equivalents
- Strong business acumen with a solution-oriented sales mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, development, SEO, paid media, and content teams
- Experience building long-term, trust-based relationships with founders and senior stakeholders
- Existing network or exposure within the Shopify or eCommerce ecosystem is a plus
- Strong presentation, demo, proposal, and objection-handling skills
- Smart use of AI tools for sales productivity and enablement is an advantage
