We’re hiring a Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager with 1–5+ years of experience to drive new business growth in the Shopify and eCommerce ecosystem.
In this role, you will own the complete sales lifecycle — from lead generation and discovery to negotiation and closure — while building long-term client relationships. You will work closely with marketing, leadership, and delivery teams to position CEDCOSS’s digital solutions effectively and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities We’ll Trust You With
- Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Learn, develop, and execute sales strategies aligned with revenue goals and target markets
- Identify new opportunities through outbound prospecting, partnerships, and market research
- Build strong pipelines focused on Shopify and eCommerce solutions
- End-to-End Sales Execution
- Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand client needs and business models
- Present tailored Shopify and digital transformation solutions
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships
- Act as a strategic advisor for clients’ growth and digital needs
- Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business
- Pipeline, CRM & Performance Management
- Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and conversion plans using CRM tools
- Track activity, deal progress, and revenue metrics
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Market & Performance Analysis
- Analyze win/loss data, competitor positioning, and market trends
- Optimize pricing, positioning, and sales approaches
- Share insights with leadership and marketing teams
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to improve lead quality
- Support go-to-market initiatives and campaign execution
- Align client expectations with delivery capabilities
Core Competencies
- 1–5+ years of experience in sales or business development (BDE/BDM roles)
- Strong understanding of the Shopify ecosystem and the e-commerce industry
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals consistently
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and consultative selling abilities
- Customer-centric mindset with solution-oriented thinking
- High ownership, discipline, and accountability
- Proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline management systems
- Data-driven approach to sales performance and forecasting
- Understanding of digital marketing services, performance metrics, and ROI
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
