We’re seeking a Junior Sales Strategist with 1–3 years of experience in sales strategy, pre-sales, business analysis, or growth roles, ideally within the Shopify, e-commerce, or digital services sectors
At CEDCOSS, you’ll work closely with senior sales leaders to analyse sales data, understand merchant behaviour, and support go-to-market strategies for our Shopify and e-commerce offerings. Your focus will be on improving lead quality, refining sales processes, and increasing conversions by turning insights into action — while gaining hands-on experience in how global e-commerce sales strategies are developed and scaled
Responsibilities We’ll Trust You With
- Sales & Market Analysis
- Analyze incoming leads, deal pipelines, and conversion trends
- Study competitor offerings, pricing models, and positioning in the Shopify space
- Identify patterns in merchant requirements, objections, and buying behavior
- Support identification of new sales opportunities (services, packages, upsells)
- Sales Strategy Support
- Assist in designing and refining sales strategies for Shopify services
- Support pricing, bundling, and proposal positioning based on market insights
- Help improve demo-to-proposal and proposal-to-deal conversion rates
- Work with Sales Heads to optimize lead qualification and handover processes
- Data & Reporting
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and dashboards
- Share actionable insights with sales leadership for decision-making
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams
- Coordinate with marketing on lead quality feedback and campaign performance
- Participate in internal sales review meetings and planning discussions
- Support client discovery calls to understand real merchant needs
- Process & Enablement
- Help document and improve sales processes, pitch flows, and templates
- Support creation of sales decks, service one-pagers, and pitch materials
- Identify gaps in sales enablement and suggest improvements
Core Competencies
- 1–3 years of experience in sales strategy, business analysis, pre-sales, or growth roles
- Exposure to Shopify, e-commerce, or digital services sales is a strong plus
- Basic understanding of sales funnels, conversion metrics, and merchant challenges
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills with the ability to explain insights simply
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and presentations
Good to Have:
- Experience with CRM or sales tools
- Basic exposure to Looker Studio or Power BI
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, or similar project tools
